By accessing or using LATIS, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this service.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Your continued use of LATIS following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Service Description

LATIS Platform

LATIS is a comprehensive Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform designed specifically for roofing contractors. Our service includes web and mobile applications, integrations, and support services.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.

Updates and Changes

We continuously improve LATIS by adding new features and updates. These improvements are included in your subscription at no additional cost.

User Responsibilities

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Acceptable Use

You may use LATIS only for lawful business purposes. You agree not to use our service for any illegal activities, to transmit harmful content, or to violate any applicable laws or regulations.

Data Accuracy

You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of data you enter into LATIS. We are not liable for any issues arising from inaccurate or incomplete data.

Payment Terms

Subscription Fees

LATIS is offered on a subscription basis. Fees are charged in advance for each billing period. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as specifically stated in our refund policy.

Automatic Renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew for successive periods unless you cancel before the end of the current billing period. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

Late Payments

If payment is not received by the due date, we may suspend your access to LATIS until payment is received. Accounts suspended for more than 30 days may be terminated.

Limitation of Liability

Service Limitations

LATIS is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted. Your use of LATIS is at your own risk.

Damages

In no event shall LATIS be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Maximum Liability

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to these terms or your use of LATIS shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Upon termination, your access to LATIS will end, but you can export your data before cancellation.

Termination by Us

We may terminate your account if you violate these terms, fail to pay fees, or if we discontinue the service. We will provide reasonable notice when possible.

Data Retention

After termination, we will retain your data for 30 days to allow for account reactivation. After this period, your data will be permanently deleted from our systems.
